Hi! I’m Rayane. I have over 10 years of experience in English language teaching, educational leadership, and learning design, working with learners of different ages, levels, and backgrounds in both classroom and online settings. I hold a Master’s degree in Applied Linguistics and English Language Teaching, as well as a TESOL certificate.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked as a teacher and team leader, contributed to curriculum design and educational planning, and developed programs for summer school projects. I also design educational games, digital learning products, lesson plans, workshops, and teaching resources for teachers and schools. Beyond education, I’m a writer and storyteller who creates books and stories for children, and I work in voice-over in both English and Arabic.
I’m passionate about combining education and creativity to make learning engaging, meaningful, and enjoyable. When I’m not teaching, I enjoy reading, writing, exploring creative projects, learning new skills, and bringing new ideas to life.

I am an ESL teacher and a team leader with over 10 years of experience working with students of different nationalities and age groups. I am an advocate of professional development among teachers, and a firm believer of the role of education in shaping the future of learners. Some previous projects he’s worked on include the Plus Micro-scholarship with World Learning Algeria, TESOL Dzair and AIESEC Global Talent. I also co-founded RAF&RAY, Quinglish (English learning platforms) and is actively sharing my insights on LinkedIn. Outside of work I enjoy travelling, photography, drawing, and most importantly running.
